The manufacturer of polyester (PET) yarn, Brilén Tech SA, Saragossa/Spain, has opened its new polyester technical yarn production lines in Huesca/Spain.
This follows a €12 million investment involving the creation of 25 new jobs in its factory whilst also consolidating the existing ones. The inauguration was attended by Javier Lambán, president of the Regional Government of Aragón.
Consisting of 4 production lines with a total capacity of 5,000 tons of PET technical yarn per year, these lines make use of the latest technology and provide Brilén with a new technical drive by increasing the range of products available.
Brilén’s technical yarn division, with an annual turnover of €40 million, employs 110 workers.
