Besides the entire spectrum of man-made fibers, there is a focus on specialty fabrics made of natural fibers such as cotton, flax and jute in response to the demand for renewable raw materials. In recent years the portfolio has expanded to include glass fabrics.
The fabrics are used, for example, as support scrims, as backing cloths, as cable sheaths, as shade cloth and as substrates for coatings in the automotive, filtration, packaging and upholstery industries, in green house shading, carpet manufacturing and artificial turf production.
At the in-house sample weaving mill, samples as small as A4 size and pilot series up to a warp length of 7 m can be produced.
The production enables the manufacture of standard fabric widths up to 520 cm. For individual demands special widths up to 1,250 cm can also be manufactured. These are produced on a specially designed 13 m wide weaving machine.
Ongoing investment in winding and slitting machinery allows the company to offer tailored logistic solutions for customers.
