Set to commence operations from December 1, 2023, Rieter’s new service center will provide advanced and swift services, marking a significant stride in the company’s expansion endeavors in this promising market. Rieter Management AG, Winterthur/Switzerland, has announced the inauguration of its 1st Repair Services station in Tashkent/Uzbekistan.
This Repair Services station serves as an extension to Rieter’s robust presence in Uzbekistan, offering cutting-edge repairs coupled with enduring solutions and dedicated support to the local clientele. Equipped to handle both mechanical and electronic repairs for all Rieter machines, including spinning and winding, the station will house a warehouse to store vital parts like control units, sensors, and drives to facilitate prompt repair services. The station will function collaboratively with Textile Service Solutions.
There are 25 repair stations across 19 countries under the umbrella of Rieter’s global Repair Services network. Situated in the vicinity of Rieter’s customers, these service stations are fully equipped with required testing and calibration apparatus, ensuring top-quality repairs. Both onsite and in-workshop repairs are performed by certified Rieter repair services engineers utilizing original Rieter components and spare parts.
