The company for textile printing Heinrich Mayer GmbH, Meßstetten-Unterdigisheim/Germany, exhibited at Techtextil, international trade fair for technical textiles and nonwovens from May 14-17, 2019, in Frankfurt/Germany, its smart coating solutions: HTL eConnect, a printed infrared heating surface, Cerapur ceramic coating and Duofirm deformable rigid textiles.
The HTL eConnect - demonstrator that the Mayer trade fair team had with them in Frankfurt uses a finger sensor to control the infrared heating, which reaches a temperature of up to 85° C and an energy efficiency that is about 15% higher than that of standard filament heating and can be further increased by a reflecting material printed on the reverse.
