Kroenert and Coatema are both manufacturers of machinery and systems in the coating and converting industry. Merging the companies under the umbrella of ATH will create a group with a comprehensive product portfolio of coating applications and a high degree of innovative power.
Both companies and brands will remain independent and continue to operate from their respective headquarters as before.
